01Who is responsible

This policy covers the website at julianszuper.us and the forms on it. It does not cover third-party sites we link to.

02What we collect

Information you give us

• Partner applications: your name, email address, optional location, what you do, the people you would talk to and why, your availability, and anything else you choose to write.
• Contact messages: your name, email address, the topic you choose, and your message.
• Emails you send us directly, including their content and any attachments.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider records standard technical logs when you visit, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time of the request. These are used to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking tools, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

Information we do not want

Please do not send special-category information (such as health, religion, or political opinions), government ID numbers, or financial account details through the forms.

03Information about people you name

The application can include an optional note about people you already know. You do not have to name anyone. If you do, share only what is needed: a name or description, their type of business, and why. Only share details you already hold legitimately and that the person would reasonably expect you to mention.

We use this information only to assess your application and to discuss potential introductions with you. We will not contact anyone you name unless you have introduced us, or they have agreed to hear from us.

04How we use it, and our legal basis

• To assess and respond to applications and messages. Basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
• To run a partnership if one is agreed, including calculating and paying commission and keeping the records the law requires. Basis: performance of a contract and legal obligation.
• To keep the site secure and prevent spam or abuse. Basis: legitimate interest.
• To comply with the law, for example tax and accounting rules. Basis: legal obligation.

05Who processes it for us

We use a small number of service providers who process personal information on our behalf under their own terms and data processing agreements:

• Formspree, Inc. (United States) receives form submissions and forwards them to us by email.
• Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) hosts and delivers the website and keeps technical logs.
• Our email provider ([email provider name and country]) stores the messages we receive.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

06International transfers

Some of our providers are based in the United States, so your information may be processed outside the country where you live. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, as offered by those providers.

07How long we keep it

• Applications that do not lead to a partnership: deleted within 12 months of our last contact with you.
• Contact messages: deleted within 24 months unless they become part of an ongoing relationship.
• Partner and payment records: kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires after the partnership ends.
• Hosting logs: kept by our hosting provider for its standard short retention period.

08Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• access the personal information we hold about you and receive a copy;
• have inaccurate information corrected;
• have your information deleted;
• restrict or object to how we use it;
• receive it in a portable format;
• withdraw consent, where we rely on consent;
• not be treated differently for exercising these rights.

To use any of these rights, email julian@julianszuper.us. We will respond within one month, or within the time your local law requires. If you are in the UK, EU, or EEA, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

09Security

The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, forms are submitted over TLS, and access to submissions is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send anything through the forms that you would not send by ordinary email.

10Children

This site and the partnership are intended for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site before they take effect.
