Commission only
What youare paid
People start as a referrer. They do not start as a co-owner. A month with no closed work pays nothing.
| You do this | You receive |
|---|---|
| Introduce the client, then step back. I run the call, the proposal, the build, and the invoice. | 10 percent of what that client pays me on the first project. |
| Own the relationship: book the calls, follow up, and manage expectations. I still attend every scoping call. | 25 percent of what that client pays me, for 12 months from the first cleared payment, including follow-on work from that same client. After 12 months the rate on new invoices is 10 percent unless we both sign an extension. |

The size of a project
A typical project fee is not published yet. It will be a figure from a real invoice. Dollar examples are not shown here.
If you introduce the client and I run everything, you get 10 percent when they pay. If you own the relationship, you get 25 percent of what they pay, within a week of the payment clearing. There is no base pay. The first deal usually takes two to three months, and some people close nothing.
02
What is not paid
- Nothing is owed on a proposal the client does not pay.
- Commission is on cash received, after refunds, and after any subcontractor cost written down before the proposal.
- Work I brought in myself, and people who were already talking to me, are not your commission.
- Sitting in a meeting is not the same as owning the relationship.

A share of the company
Equity is not offered from this page. That conversation happens only after three separate clients have paid in full, and only with a lawyer in the country where the company is registered. There is no salary in that step either.
